For CUET PG 2025, I intend to apply under the General-EWS category, but my EWS certificate has not been issued yet. Since universities accept only certificates issued on or after April 1, 2025, I plan to obtain a fresh one accordingly. Can I upload an undertaking instead of the EWS certificate.
