Hi Aspirant!

If you go for upgradation in WBJEE counselling, and the seat in upgradation round is not allotted to you then the seat which was allotted to you in 1st round counselling will be available to you till the last round of counselling. For example, if you are not satisfied with the seat allotted in round 1 and apply for upgradation in round 2 or round 3. But you do not get upgraded seat then the seat allotted to you in 1st round will still be available for you. But if you accepts the seat allotted in round 2 then the seat allotted in round 1 would get cancelled.

Hope I answered your query, thankyou!
