Hello poonamvaishnav,

Well for filling choices in jossa , going through previous years cut off is definitely a good and optimum way of zeroing in on choices of colleges, but yes you should not follow it cut to cut , like for example cut off rank for college A was 50 last year , you are scoring a rank of 52 and cut off rank for college B was 60 but A ranks better than B then A should be considered too as with A you are on borderline of getting not getting it it might be possible that this year cut off rank extends previous years , so keeping these factors, ranking of colleges probably choice filling should be done.

Hope this helps
