I would suggest you to do Btech in biotechnology because currently it is a trending field and if you are really interested then it can help you achieve good opportunities. If you got top college then you can also get a good placement in any company.
You can also continue your higher education in universities across the world. And you can work foe drug and pharmaceutical companies, heath care center, professor, Resercher in some labs etc.
Ultimately it is your choice so choose wisely and feel frew to ask questions.

Both courses are inter-related on the same domain. But they are different in their perspectives. The biotechnology deals with the exploitation of the living organism to develop products from them for the human usage. And the bio science deals with research on the living organism.
They are both with more brighter future careers. Both are most demanded jobs for your future. Bio-technology will be impacted more on the human life according to WHO. So I prefer you to go with bio-technology for a good career .
Both are good career options . But go with course in which you are seriously much interested and passionate
