for gate(computer) preparation is it enough to study my college books or one should refer other books too?

GATE I.e.gratuate aptitude test for engineering is conducted by different iit with purpose to higher engineering student for m.tech program,along with this many governments industries and PSU ie. Public sector industry hire student on gate rank. As far as it's preparation computer science is concerned it requires to study books used in college or universities along with some references book. College books is not enough to prepare you to that level. So there institute like ies master which is famous. It is totally dependent on you, if you work more and more in your college studies than it would be enough for you but reffering many types of books is always profitable.
Personally speaking for a student in Computer engineering branch college books are more than enough.
Just start practicing on different programs and if you a lot of interest in your field than you can easily crack GATE.

This is my daily routine, early morning I try to study all my theory subjects and the rest of the day is given solving different problems.Try to extend your sittings during your study.
You must have a good collection of books that are used by you during your 4 year engineering, revision is always beneficial so keep all the books that are used in your college.
Hardwork is definitely important but it can be a waste if you don't do it with your full dedication.
