Hello,
There is no attempt limit in NEET exam. You can give as many attempts as possible till age 25 for unreserved category and 30 for reserved category students.
According to new rules the attempt limit was removed this year which was previously made by CBSE.

Previous years, there were limited attempt option for NEET examination. According to that, General/OBC candidates were able to attempt only 3 times for NEET examination upto the age of 25 years while SC/ST could attempt same (3 times) upto the age of 30 years.But, the criteria was changed from the year 2018. Now, board has removed the attempt bar for all NEET aspirants (as per the officials). There will be no upper age limit to appear for NEET examination. But the minimum age limit will remain same.
