Your board marks are only to fullfill the eligibility criteria to apply for NEET. Henceforth, the college that you get will solely depend on your NEET rank and score.
As for scholarships, they too are mostly based on your neet ranks although there are some institutions which may provide you scholarships for your board results too.

for getting scholarship, your NEET marks matter the most. they entitle you for such programs if you are amongst the top rankers. however i would advise that your board marks are also important. atleast 75 percent you should score in your boards.

As per your query i would like to tell you state board marks are not counted in NEET, State board marks is a only eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NEET The candidate of unreserved category must have passed in all the subjecs and must have obtained a minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-technology at the qualifying examination. For reserved categories it is 40%.
But NEET score is the ultimate deciding factor of rank. Based upon your rank, you'll be allotted to one of the medical/dental colleges. So prepare well for NEET. Try to score 550+. Then you'll definitely get a good medical college.
