Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as for All India Quota and category as general.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that if you secure your NEET score around 580-620 then you can get good government colleges for MBBS through AIQ for General category.

To get seat in government college for MBBS you must score 550+
And for BDS 350+
However this is for General category.
50th percentile is required to qualify NEET for general category candidate.
For SC, ST, OBC it is 45th percentile.
