Hotel Management is a stream that does not demand specific study stream in +2 level.

The minimum qualification for hotel management is 10+2 with any stream whether it is science, commerce, or Arts. There is no rule for having science as mandatory stream. Depending on the duration, cost of the course, one can opt for a certificate, diploma or degree course.
Certificate course can be of six to one year , diploma of 2 years and degree course of three years .

Hotel management can be pursued by choosing any of the above streams.
Taking commerce will help you understand the subject well! Science is basically taken by students who are unaware what they want to do after their 12th. If you are sure about hotel management you can even do a 3 year diploma course.
