If you really want to become an investment banker, then follow the below steps. And by the way, IB is one of the highest paying jobs out there!
1. Get a degree in finance as IBD required you to be good with numbers.
2. Get an MBA from top college, like IIMs in India or from Ivy League outside.
3. Get good grades overall as this is very crucial in IBD.
4. Maintain exemplary extracurriculars.
