In IPU counselling, you have to report at every round of counselling and chooSe if you want to freeze the seat ir withdraw the admission and participate in the next rounds of counselling.
Until you will pay the fees you will not be allowed to change the seat filling choices.

Hello aspirant,
For general category students you need not to visit anywhere until you got the allotment. For general category students if suppose they got allotment in first round then they have to report to the university authorised help centre with the fees receipt and all other essential document and if a student fails to report at the specified time duration then his/her seat is cancelled and is alloted to someone else.
