For JEE Advanced 2021, 75% in board criteria have been removed and according to this if I scored less than 75% I will be eligble to attempt JEE advanced. If I dropped this year with 50% in board, can I sit in JEE advanced 2022.

Dear student,
Only for this year the 75%  criteria in boards is removed to attempt jee advanced. Even if students do not score 75% then even they can get admission in iit's through jee advanced but this doesn't mean that the same thing will happen the next year, so if you are taking a drop for one year to attempt jee in the year 2022, then you should also appear for improvement examinations to be on a safer side.
