For JEE Advanced, on the site it is asked that the obc certificate should be issued after April 2021. My certificate has the issued date as 03/03/2021 and it is written that it is valid for the period upto 31-March-2022. So should I upload this certificate itself? If so, then what issue date to put?

Hi
This was a new update from JEE officials on 20th September
Notice to candidates:
Candidates who are not able to upload a valid category certificate (for ALL categories) during registration, can upload a self-declaration in lieu of the same, and must upload the valid certificate at the time of reporting during JoSAA.
They have specifically mentioned the date to be on or after April 2021 for the document to be VALID. pls abide by that as they have tried their best to give provisions to accommodate you if it takes time to do what they demand. These provisions are given because they know it is difficult and things get delayed in pandemic so take advantage of it and upload self declaration now and upload the original valid certificate for the josaa counselling.
Hope this helps.
