Caste certificate with the authority sign that is with tahsildar signature  and should be in a valid period. Then it is valid. For jee mains there will be pdf mentioning the format of caste certificate in which you have get the signature of the mentioned authority  in form. You have to download that particular page from pdf . Get signatures for that certificate. This you have to show along with the original certificate which you have. It is just a pattern for all ST students. Hope this is useful.
