for kea counseling i have not uploaded one document and completed the declaration and later i contacted kea and they asked to send by mail so will they consider that document as its very important for reservation at st johns medical college

During the KEA counselling there is a provision for document uploading and that is done as per a schedule that the KEA has released in which candidates within a specific rank range will be allotted different dates for uploading the documents. As you have mentioned the concerned authorities had asked you to mail the documents so you need to confirm with them if that document that you mail will be considered. If they confirm this then you needn't worry about that.

Maybe should again call the KEA help line center and follow up the details. So that they can be updated about your problem.
