Hey aspirant
Hope you are doing good
Well , you can't actually carry the bag to NEET exam centre as they'll surely not let you take the bag with you during exam and if you even keep it outside , there's no one who'll take responsibility for your stuff if it gets stolen.
As we know that strictness has increased for NEET exam , you might not even be allowed to carry your bag even inside the centre let alone the classroom.
I'll suggest you to travel atleast 2-3 hours before to the centre and find a place nearby where you can keep your bags and they'll be safe too. This is the only meaningful solution.
Items that you have to carry to examination centre
NEET 2021 admit card
ID proof - PAN card, Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, Ration card
Postcard size picture
Passport size picture

Also don't forget to wear marks , carry sanitizer , gloves and transparent water bottle
