Hello Vishwajeet,

Yes, you have to pay extra amount just like any other student pays for their semester fees.
The amount you mentioned here is charged just to give you a seat by unfair means.

This amount can seem very high but it goes higher in some colleges varying according to the degree in which you want the seat.

You need to be specific to your college and course details. As you haven't mentioned any, I am taking the liberty to guess the same.

As per my knowledge, that is just the donation you have paid. Apart from that, you will also have to pay their tuition fees annually which would vary as per the college of your choice. And that would be charged semester-wise.
