Both the colleges mentioned are government owned public universities reknowned for their academics and high quality education. Let us compare MCA course at both the colleges on your aspects:
Fees
Nit Trichy- around 45000 per semester ( total 6 semesters)
JNU- around 1300 per annum
Placements-
In this context Nit Trichy slightly edges over JNU with 95 percent placements record with an average package of 6 lpa while JNU is more of a research based institute with 80-90 placements with a average package of 4.5 lacs.
The decision is yours to prefer either of two parameters.
