For MNC companies is the DEGREE matters more than EXPERIENCE or not? ex: A person with BSc and some experience in IT field (or) B.Tech fresher?

Hello,

It depends on the Educational Qualification and the experience requirements for the given post. Few companies only recruit fresher graduates for such posts only freshers will be considered from a specified domain (B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Com (//B.Com) etc) for a given post. In such cases only fresher graduates will be considered strictly if they have required Education Qualification. If the company recruits experienced person from a particular field then the preference is given for the candidate with experience provided he/she must meet the additional eligibility requirements, if any. So the preference is case-to-case dependent.
