You haven't mentioned your Branch , Exam paper code or name as well as your GATE score , without knowing this , it will be not possible for me to give you any proper answer .

But, remember , it would be difficulty to predict the admission chances in IITs or NITs for M.Tech  as the cut off can change each year for some unavoidable reasons like :

• Seat Matrix
• Difficulty level of exam
• No of students appeared etc.
