for MTECH Structural engineering , Osmania university vs Gokaraju rangaraju college of engineering which one is the best for study and placements and fees ?

Osmania University have wonderful overall ratings for MTech. They have good placement record but a bit inconsistent, average placement record is around 70%. Highest package offered is 20Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 2Lakhs per annum and average package offered is 3Lakhs per annum. Top recruiters are TCS, Amazon, google, etc. They have good infrastructure with highly qualified teaching faculties.
