Hello,

see its depends on you. which subjects you have interest more and your desire to work on that field.  see in India there are 70% of engineering passouts  right now working on either it field or business development role. I am telling you this from the recent  circumstances. when you are a mtech graduate if you go to a job interview apart from your area of studies, believe me you will face a lot of questions. so first college selection is most important . research on placement scenario of the subjects you are applying

. then put the subjects as per your choice. if a college can't give you placement on your subject don't go for that college. hope it helps.
