Hello,

As your course fees is 12000 for two years duration in case of MA political science pg course, hence first payment will be done at the time of admission, and second one will be done through reregistration process in the next year, for instance if you take admission in July session after one year you'll have to do the reregistration process and provide the remaining fees.
