NEET UG Question paper will be both in Tamil and English. But if there is any discrepancy in a question between Tamil version of the question and English version of that question, then English version of that question will be considered and you need to answer as per that.

The question paper will be both in your regional languages Tamil as well as English so don't worry about it. English will be there no matter what as it is the standard language of the test.
