First of all you need to complete the NCERT Chemistry of class 11th and 12th as most of the questions in chemistry in neet are directly based on the concepts of NCERT and then you should go for past 31 year beet -aipmt papers book of Chemistry by Arihant. For better concepts you can go for following books :-

- MS Chauhan (Organic)
