See there is nothing like free seat but yes some institutions offer scholarships for meritorious students so in that way you can go for free seats and that will be decided by the respective colleges that what would be the basis of scholarship and other criterion.
Now since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
As we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 425 for A.J.Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore for Government quota seat under 85% state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 460-470 out of 720 marks especially for Government quota seats in Karnataka.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
