No , you don't need to calculate individually 50% for Physics , Chemistry and Biology . You have to calculate all together marks of Physics , Chemistry and Biology . And you must be passed in Physics , Chemistry , Biology and English with passing marks of the board in which you belong.

You need to score 50% marks in Biology, Physics, Chemistry taken together. You need to include both theory and practical marks while calculating your aggregate in PCB subjects to fulfill the NEET eligibility criteria. Now 50% aggregate is required for candidates belonging to general category, for SC/ST/OBC it is 40% marks, and for pwd it is 45% marks. You don't need to score 50% individually in each subject. You must also pass in English subject however, there is no minimum percentage requirement.
