For neet only studying for chemistry and biology is ok
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
No it is not ok to study only biology and Chemistry for your Neet examination.
This is because,
Physics carry 180 out of 720 marks in NEET and not preparing physics means losing those 180 marks i.e preparing for only 720-180 =540 marks and to be honest it is not mandatory that you will get all the questions in chemistry and Biology correct in NEET examination , so you can even get less than 500 marks which is not a good score if you want to get a seat in Government Medical College
So, you need to prepare physics as well , as you have very little time for you neet 2020 , I will suggest you to do the following important chapters first for your neet 2020 examination as they have the highest weightage
*Optics - 10% weightage
*Semiconductors- 9%
*Dual nature of matter ,atoms and *nuclei-9%
*Thermodynamics -9%
*Electrostatics-9%
*Current electricity -8%
*Electromagnetic Induction & Alternating Current-8%
*Laws of motion & work power energy-7%
*Magnetic Effect of Current & Magnetism-5%
*System of Particles and Rotational *Motion-5%
