for neet ug 2022 application i have the income certificate of 2020, is that sufficient for getting obc ncl reservation or a freshly made certificate is mandatory? (if the income certificate is made now, it will cross 8LPA, and i cant enjoy the reservation benefit)

Hello aspirant,

I would like to tell you that The Income certificates are valid for upto 3 years. So, you can use your valid Income certificate issued in 2020, during NEET UG Counselling , and you will avail the benefits of OBC-NCL reservation, which is 27%.

So when you select OBC-NCL as your category, you are entitled to reservation. And if you qualify in NEET and when you appear for counselling because you benefitted from OBC-NCL as your category, you are supposed to submit the proof of OBC-NCL certificate for authentication purposes.
