It is always better to read NCERT's first because we should start from 0 and then move upwards. NCERT is like that only, it will provide a starting or prerequisite knowledge that you require to read those coaching materials.
We should keep in mind that NCERT is basic and building block for our NEET preparation. So, as per my opinion give preference to NCERT book.
