Hello,

The relaxation is just made for all JEE examinations. That means the relaxations have been made for NITs,IIITs and even IITs. The only criteria to apply for would be  to pass +12 from a recognized board (be it central or state) along with qualifying JEE Mains.

Hii Aspirant ,

Before 2019 there was the criteria of getting 75% marks in boards for getting admission in IITs and NITs . But during this pandemic of Corona Virus, the rule has been changed that everybody who passes 12th class will be able to apply for IITs and NITs.

The rule of getting minimum of 75% for general/OBC category and 65% for SC/ST category has been relaxed.

If one has passed 12th class then he/she is eligible to apply for IIT/NIT after clearing JEE.
