For OBC reserve category non creamy layer certificate is must . What if obc candidate fails to submit non creamy layer certificate?

Hi Priti,
Well a OBC student can get classified into EBC and BC where EBC is economically backward class and BC is backward class.
So if you are under EBC then you will have to submit the certificate for rhe same and if not then just submit the OBC certificate only.
