for oc caste for free seat how many marks should we get???

The question you have asked isn't clear , you haven't mentioned which exam you're planning to write. But regardless of exam , the OC/General category cutoff is the highest compared to the rest and there is no reservation for this category. You must score high marks to bag a seat.
