AP EAMCET marks differ similar to every examination that takes place as the cutoff varies due to
1. No. Of students appeared for exam
2. No. Of seats available
3. Difficulty in the exam etc.,
As the EAMCET score is calculated with ipe marks you need to score minimum of 30% marks to qualify for the exam.
The cutoff ranges different for each category such as
- For general category (UR) the cutoff is 45 - 50
- For OBC the cutoff is 40
- For SC & ST the cutoff is 35.

The qualifying marks for an oc category student in Ap eamcet is around 40 out of 160.As per the guidelines provided by authority, the student need to obtain those minimum marks inorder to appear for the councelling process.
Incase if the student fails to attain those marks then he/she will be considered as not qualified and cannot be able to get a seat through convenor quota and also the fee reimbursement is not given.
