To open your own private laboratory first of all you will need a huge capital for the building as well as the equipments including blood collection equipment, X-ray machines, CT-scan machines, USG machines and heart monitors. You will need employees and license as well as registration. As a pcb student you will need to get a degree in  bmlt or dmlt.
