The score you need to get into a medical college depends on various factors including cut off, your state and category.
The cut off score varies each year depending upon the difficulty level of paper, total candidates, etc. So it can't be predicted beforehand. You could just view the previous years' trend so as to predict a range.
The state where you reside decides your domicile. If you are from Jharkhand, then you'll be eligible for the 85% state quota seats there.
Your category will only serve as an icing on the cake in this situation.
But keep a target of scoring at least 500 marks.
