Dear Arjun,
Yes, NCERT is enough to get a score of more than 290 in Physics and Chemistry. But you can also do the previous year's NEET question paper. And to score more than 370 in Physics and Chemistry then I would recommend you some following books like
- Concept of Physics part-1 and 2 by HC Verma
- Objective Physics for NEET Vol.1 and 2 by DC Pandey
- O.P. Tandon for inorganic chemistry
- Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by R.C. Mukherjee
- Organic Chemistry-Morrison Boyd
Chapter wise weightage for the NEET :-
Can anyone please tell me how many questions 'll come in neet from every chapter? (careers360.com)

Hope it helps.... :)
Hi aspirant
hope you are doing absolutely fine
YES DEFINITELY ! scoring more than 290 is easy if you follow the NCERT books religiously.
CHEMISTRY- go through the book, specially organic chemistry. Mostly the topics are simplifies and easily explained in simple language. Try to solve the questions based on the concepts. it can easily be said that the Chemistry section of NEET is a scoring section.
PHYSICS- go through the formulae and derivations. If you solve and understand the depth, you don't need to solve and try thousands of questions.
REMEMBER, all three sections – Physical, Organic and Inorganic sections of chemistry are equally important and cannot be ignored.
ALL THE BEST
HOPE IT HELPS
