For political science i would suggest you to go with kirorimal College rather than ramjas. Both colleges are good in all respect but when it comes to faculty kirorimal has always been in name. It has one of the top faculty in du and is considered good for almost every course. Also, talking about other things like campus and crowd you'll find a decent crowd in kirorimal whereas in ramjas the number of reserved candidates will be more. Also kirorimal has a better campus and decent crowd.
