Generally 50% State Quota is available for the Domicile Students of a particular State in NEET-PG State Quota Counselling. It also includes Students who have done their MBBS from that Particular State.

But every State have their own rules and recently the matter for NEET-PG State Quota Seats was in Court, Some state was denying State Quota to the Students of other State who are doing MBBS in their State. But currently you can claim the PG Quota of Gujarat if you will do MBBS from Deemed University of Gujarat but you can not claim your Rajasthan PG Quota because currently Rajasthan allows only those Students who have done MBBS from Rajasthan.
