It is highly unlikely for you to get admission in Mysore Medical College and Research Institute. It is a public Institute which offers mbbs admission to students who have secured a very good rank in the NEET entrance exam or have a very good quota rank or Category rank. As the number of seats are limited and the number of applicants is quite huge, therefore, the competition is quite intense. Infact the number of seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. The institute has only an intake of 150 seats for MBBS course.

Another aspect of it against your chances are that the cutoff rank in NEET for mbbs in Mysore Medical College is close to 2500 for general category students for the first round of counselling. You have got good score. 581 us quite good score . You have not mentioned your category so if you are from general category, it is difficult to get seat in government medical college through all   India quota since   cut off is high this year. It also depends upon cut off of the college. Cut off vary each year and depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam,previous year's cut off etc .
