You should follow your dream. Yes, You should listen to your mind but don't ignore your dream. You should not go with programming if you don't like. It will not be fruitful. So, you should go with Hardware and Tech field as it is you have interest in it.

If you're willing to do something related to hardware and Technology then it must be B.E (Bachelor's of Engineering) or B.Tech (Bachelor's of Technology) courses.
