For suppose I got a rank in vit which is not under category 1 in which the fee is less, if some of the students who are in the category 1 didn't join or attend the counselling, will I get into the category 1.

Hey,

Your doubt is quite normal,You will have ask them for the counselling session. Once the counselling is done the students who wish to appear at the re counselling can attend it. But there is low chances that you get get 1 seat in any campus at round 2 of the counselling.
