If you have 85% state quota, a medical seat is guaranteed. 15% quota is very difficult. If no state quota then try for private college.

@Arun S.L: You have average chances to get a seat in MBBS according to your score in 15% counseling but you can get MBBS seat in private level exams. You should apply for private colleges. You have chances in Comedk you should apply for the counseling.
