For TFWS we have to upload combined father and mother income certificate or we can upload any ones income certificate which is less than 8lacs?

Hello govind,
As far as the income certificate is concerned generally the family income is considered everywhere but kindly mention in the comment box which counselling or college has been asking for the income certificate.
But on a general basis, you can consider that you need to submit your family income including your mother.
