If the answer for challenged questions are proved wrong by any candidate, everyone will get the grace marks and everyone in the sense who has answered that particular option gets marks.

YES. If the challenged question are proved wrong then all Candidates are given It's benefit in the form of Bonus marks being alloted to every Candidate.
