Your both theory and practical marks are considered in NEET eligibility, out of the complete 300 marks you need minimum 150 for a general category student. Moreover, almost everywhere all your marks are considered and there is no separation of theory and practical marks.\

You need to pass both in theory as well as practical and must have secured 50% aggregate in PCM if you belong to UR, 40% for SC,ST and ObC, for PWD it's 45%, this aggregate is inclusive of both practical and theory.
