for the exam we have received a t-shirt and a cap so are we supposed to wear that same t-shirt for the exam???

Hello Harkeerat!
As per the official FAQs offerd for LSAT 2019, it is mentioned that you can wear anything to the exam. The Tshirt and cap are considered goodies and not to be worn to the exam. If you want you can wear it though.
But make sure to read through the terms and conditions to be followed on the day of exam, carefully carry all the necessary documents to ensure smoothness during exam.
