If we see by the cutoffs, trends go like this
IITH = IIT Gandinagar > IIT-BHU > IIT Patna
From what I know :
I have a friend studying IIT Gandhinagar Chemical and he is satisfied with it. IITH is growing fast and will soon enter league of top IITs.
