In order to apply for TISSNET, your all the documents like Marks sheet of graduation/Post graduation (of each semester/year) or equivalent qualifying examination should be Attested. To check the further information you can go through with given below link.

All the documents should be attested by any School Headmaster or a Principal of College or a Gazetted Officer.
