for tnea counselling whether community rank or overall rank which one is considered?

It depends on college. Basically, overall rank is considered. But, each college has some cutoffs for their specific community. The admission is provided on basis of these cutoffs. So, community rank is also considered by some colleges. Otherwise, overall rank is the main factor for counselling at TNEA.
